PFHoePro is an extremely cost effective automatic match moving application aimed at video professionals and CG artists. It is now possible for those with simple match moving taskes to utilise the power of The Pixel Farm's tracking engine within a straight-forward and easy to use interface.

Using core technology developed in PFTrack 3.5 - the industry leading tracking and analysis system - PFHoePro allows everyone to have a powerful tool on the desktop. In many cases you will no longer have to wait for shots to come back from the 'tracking department' or have to learn a complex new application. Just load in your shot and you are ready to track. Using a proven interface design we have de-mystified automatic tracking. You no longer have to struggle to match your CG with your footage nor do you need a maths degree.

The import Wizard guides you through importing and setting up footage by explaining the parameters that are needed to successfully track a shot, without patronising the user. PFHoePro can load both QuickTime, AVI and image sequences. The simple one click tool set provides an environment even the most inexperienced user will get great results from. Like its big brothers PFTrack and PFMatch, PFHoePro solves any kind of camera motion, including zooms and nodal pans. It also allows you to add in user features, these features can then be used to line up points when compositing.

PFHoePro features a unique focal length estimation system, a unique automatic lens distortion correction tool, support for importing mattes from third party applications, simple edit tools to modify tracking data and quality graphs to aid the user in making data editing decisions. New marking menus give fast and easy access to scene orientation and user feature placement.

Camera data can be exported to common CG packages with 3D support via a range of plug-ins working under an API to facilitate future support of new applications. PFHoePro ships with a complete set of exporters including export to Flame.
